Aren’t they gorgeous! Stephanie is coming up to Bathurst for a week so we might just paint some chicken pictures. If any turn out OK we will show you in our next newsletter.

The days are closing in and we have already had our first fire. If you haven’t visited Bathurst in autumn or winter you are missing out on some fantastic atmosphere. Autumn is crisp and golden with sunny days and cool nights. Winter can be fierce at times but very exciting as you must comply with the environment and modify your behaviour and activities to suit the weather. Come up and have a look and perhaps join a workshop at the Mitchell School of Art. If you’re lucky it might even snow!

Teresa

Looking forward to a week away in Bathurst. It's true, being out in the country makes you feel much more attuned to nature and because of it you feel more alive. So do get out to some of the regional workshops, apart from the wonderful stimulation from fellow artists and great tutors, the environment itself is often the icing on the cake.
