The National Art School (Sydney) ran a Summer School from 12-16 January. Cindy Goode attended The Art of Drypoint workshop conducted by Melbourne artist Marco Luccio. Read Cindy's review of the workshop.

Marie Haass from Perth is our lucky winner!
As part of our launch in November 2008 we ran a competition for a book prize for new subscribers to blueBanksia’s newsletter.
I am very pleased to announce that the lucky winner of the competition was Marie Haass from Perth, Australia. Marie is originally from France and has lived and worked in Perth for the last 20 years. She has been very active in the Perth art community as an artist, art lecturer and art manager.
